83-year-old female, BMI of 23, candidate for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation, TAVI procedure. A prospective cardiac CTA followed by a CT aortagram, TAVI planning protocol was performed for evaluating the access route, obtain detailed information of aortic annulus diameters, the relationship between the annulus and the coronary arteries and identifying the appropriate size of the device. All aortic and iliac measurements are based on Multiplanar Reconstruction (MPR) Additional findings are: severe three vessel coronary artery disease with bypass graft to the left anterior descending (LAD) and circumflex (CX) coronary artery; also diffuse calcification of the aorta and iliac arteries bilaterally.
