A volumetric prospective Cardiac CTA was performed with FIRST, Forward projected model-based Iterative Reconstruction SoluTion. FIRST allows radiation dose reduction while improving spatial resolution. The patient's heart rate during the scan was 50 bpm. 3D Volume Rendered and Curved Multiplanar Reconstruction (cMPR) demonstrate the coronary arteries free of calcifications.

Patient presented to the Emergency Department with complaint of chest pain. A CTA of the heart and coronary arteries was performed and shows a soft plaque in both the right coronary artery (RCA) and the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) with significant stenosis. Curved Multiplanar Reformats (cMPR) allow for visualization of the entire length of the coronary arteries.
