Theranostics
- PET imaging is a critical tool in the implementation of personalized medicine. It is being used to confirm eligibility for PSMA-targeted Radioligand Therapy (RLT), presence of Somatostatin Receptors (SSTR) overexpressed in Neuroendocrine Tumors, and imaging pre- and post-treatment.
Prostate PET Imaging
- Appropriate Use Criteria (SNMMI) for Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) PET imaging include imaging of patients with newly diagnosed unfavorable intermediate to very high-risk prostate cancer and PSA rise or persistence after treatment. It is also indicated to confirm patient eligibility for PSMA-targeted radioligand therapy.
