Trauma Embolization Cavernous Fistula

This patient came into the emergency room after a straddle injury and high flow priapism which developed post injury. The patient was brought to the 4D CT room, and a CT scan identified an arterial cavernous fistula from the right internal pudendal artery. The communication was embolized in the same setting without having to transfer the patient, using two micro coils and his condition resolved over the subsequent week.
