WASHINGTON, D.C., March 27, 2014 – Pacific Vascular, Inc. is providing its patients with the latest in ultrasound technology by acquiring 36 AplioTM 300 ultrasound systems from Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. Across 12 facilities in Washington, Toshiba recently completed extensive training with Pacific Vascular staff and customized multiple protocols and measurements for their vascular imaging needs.

“We were in the process of going completely digital and wanted to upgrade our ultrasound systems with a single platform,” said Bonnie Brown, technical director, Pacific Vascular. “After reviewing several other ultrasound systems on the market, we knew the Aplio 300 was the right choice, because it’s easy to use and produces excellent vascular image quality. Toshiba’s partnership approach also gave us the service, support and training we needed to be up and running right away.”

The Aplio 300 offers exceptional industry-leading depth and detail in a smaller, versatile platform for all routine cardiovascular ultrasound exams. It comes standard with advanced workflow tools and ergonomics, including the iStyleTM+ Productivity Suite, enabling efficient and precise exams.
