TUSTIN, California — July 14, 2008 — Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. was awarded a computed tomography (CT) contract by Broadlane’s clients. Toshiba, an industry leader in CT technology, has won this contract two years in a row for the same modality from Broadlane, a leading supply chain services company serving healthcare providers throughout the United States.

Toshiba’s image quality, low radiation dose, commitment to education and easy upgrade path were major selling points for Broadlane and helped secure the win. Toshiba took a comprehensive approach to presenting including a webcast and site visits for decision makers.
