AHRA: The Association for Medical Imaging Management
The AHRA & Canon Medical Systems Putting Patients First program seeks to improve patient care and safety in diagnostic imaging for pediatrics and adults through offering grants to fund programs, trainings and seminars at local hospitals and imaging centers.
ASRT Program
In collaboration with Canon Medical Systems, the goal of the Safety FiRsT™ program is to support radiologic technology workplace safety initiatives by awarding up to two grants of $7,000 each for institutions to implement a radiologic technology safety program.
Healthy Sonographers
Did you know that 90% of sonographers suffer from work-related MKS disorders and 20% of those cases are career ending? At Canon Medical, we started the Healthy Sonographer Campaign to teach sonographers how to scan in ergonomically correct and comfortable positions so they can avoid becoming a statistic.
