13-year-old female present with cough and fever. A Chest CT was performed with SUREExposure and SUREkV, automated mA modulation and kV selection. AIDR 3D, Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction was automatically applied to the scan. AIDR 3D improves the image quality while the radiation dose is reduced. Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) and 3D Volume Rendered demonstrate areas of consolidation in both lungs.
