76-year-old female, BMI of 28, presented with atypical chest pain. Cardiac CTA was performed with AIDR 3D, Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction. The patient's heart rate was varying from 55 to 63 bpm. AIDR 3D was integrated into the scan protocol and images automatically reconstructed ensuring diagnostic image quality. Curved MPR and 3D Volume Rendered images demonstrate calcified plaques in the proximal and mid segments of the RCA (Right Coronary Artery), mixed plaque with significant stenosis in the mid-RCA. Calcifications are also visualized in the proximal LAD (Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery).
