Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. launches a new advertising campaign showing its customers how it puts them first to deliver products and services for today’s challenging environment.

TUSTIN, Oct. 6, 2014 – Healthcare providers are engaging with the medical imaging community in an entirely new way to solve the many challenges they face. In a new advertising campaign from Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc., the company is showing its customers how it puts them first to deliver products and services for today’s challenging environment.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires healthcare providers to reduce costs and improve outcomes. This campaign uniquely positions Toshiba as a diagnostic imaging company that adapts to and understands its customers’ business. That message is visually illustrated in the new ads, in which Toshiba gives customers a voice via a prominently positioned “Voice Box” that communicates a specific need. This is paid off with the Toshiba benefit that specifically responds to that request.

The ads will appear in healthcare publications, both print and online. The theme will also be carried out in collateral materials, on social media, on Toshiba’s website and at trade shows.

“Most companies in the diagnostic imaging industry use similar advertising concepts – the same colors, imagery and themes,” said Nancy Gillen, vice president, Marketing, Toshiba. “We saw an opportunity to leverage the fact that we understand our customers’ business challenges and are a partner that adapts to their needs. That sentiment is illustrated by giving our customers a voice, not just lip service.”
