MEDIA ALERT/INVITATION — March 24, 2007
WHAT: For the fourth year in a row, The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine with support from Toshiba has brought the most current information surrounding CT applications to the American College of Cardiology’s annual meeting.
This Cardiac CT CME Meeting* is open to physicians attending ACC and is supported by an unrestricted educational grant from Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc.
WHY: Cardiac CT continues to evolve at a fast pace. In fact, recent studies indicate that new applications are superior to existing procedures that are commonly used to diagnose and treat patients. These new procedures can not only improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients, but also can provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for cardiologists. This CME event will introduce cardiologists to the advantages, limitations and practical considerations involved in CT imaging.
WHEN/WHERE: The event will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2007 from 8:00am–2:00pm EST at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd. — Hall G, New Orleans, LA 70130. For more information about registering, please visit:www.HopkinsCME.net.
